The autumn breeze is refreshing and the osmanthus is fragrant. On September 18, Shandong Guomao organized the first new employee development training in 2021. We came to the beautiful Wuyang Lake, felt the charm of nature, breathed the fresh air, experienced the happiness brought by the expansion training, deeply felt the importance of teamwork, and thus strengthened the awareness and motivation of teamwork.

This outreach training revolves around the word "unity" and is carried out in the form of games, whether it is a group of dragons fetching water, or an excellent drilling circle; whether it is a team attacking and defending arrows, or challenging 150 seconds, we all feel responsible, A sense of responsibility such as cooperation and innovative thinking to solve problems, feel the power and fun of unity in the game. Every team is high-spirited and full of passion. Under the guidance of the coach, we each named our teams - "Unity Team" and "Wolf Warriors", which represented our passion and fighting spirit, and also represented our Guomao spirit of "unity, hard work, innovation and transcendence".

The group of dragons draws water, so that every member of the team understands the importance of clear goals. The success of the team cannot be separated from everyone bearing each other's pressure. A person's pattern and vision will determine how far his team will go and how far he will go on the road to success. Not only do we have to work hard, but also have the support of the platform and leaders. Only when everyone puts down their posture and does it steadfastly can they get more rewards.

Excellent drilling circle, when you see holes of different shapes and sizes, imagine that they are high-voltage lines, and everyone must drill through one hole, everyone thinks that it is too difficult and impossible to succeed. After repeated failures and summaries of experience, everyone finally chose the right shape and successfully walked out of the "minefield". Everyone feels the cruelty of real competition and the joy of success; cultivates obedience to the command and meticulous work attitude; establishes personal self-confidence and self-esteem, improves the efficiency of the team to complete tasks, and creates a harmonious environment; personal efforts will greatly affect the team's performance. Efficiency reflects the role of collaborative work in solving problems; an excellent team requires firm will, strong leadership, and indestructible spirit.

For the last project, the challenge is 150 seconds. The two teams need to complete the required four projects within 150 seconds (not falling down the forest, drumming the ball, energy transfer, and group hooping). After everyone's continuous attempts, innovative thinking, and strategic adjustment, after four failures, the time was reduced from 5 minutes and 30 seconds to 113 seconds. Finally, "Guomao has me more wonderful" as the ending slogan.

This outreach training was vigorous, united, tense, enthusiastic and lively. It boosted the spirit of the team members, inspired the team members' enthusiasm, inspired the ability to solve problems, established a sense of trust, responsibility and teamwork awareness, and enhanced emotional exchanges.

Guomao is everyone, and employees are one family. This activity developed the optimistic and positive attitude of new employees, expanded the mind of communication and tolerance, and quickly integrated into the Guomao family. I believe that in the future work, everyone will be more united and cooperative, work hard, and work together to create a better tomorrow for Guomao!
