Founded in 1994, Shandong Guomao Metallurgical Materials Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of refractory materials for iron and steel enterprises with registered capital of RMB200 million and floor space of 80,000 sqaure meters. Located in Boshan District, Zibo, Shandong, the Company is close to G25 G25 Changchun–Shenzhen Expressway and G205 China National Highway with convenient transportation.
The Company is mainly engaged in the production and sales of refractories, mold fluxes, covering agents and other products for continuous casting, engineering services, metallurgical material construction and related steel structure processing. The main products include continuous casting mold fluxes, tundish and ladle covering agent, refining slag, deoxidizer, backing layer castable for continuous casting tundish, dry material and coating material for working layer, prefabricated parts like flow stabilizer, slag retaining wall and slag retaining dam, tundish cover and ladle cover (for full process capping).

DEVELOPMENT PATH
Leaping through the ascension stage (2019-future)
2019 is a new stage of Guomao's leap-forward development. In order to meet the company's production capacity growth and green and sustainable long-term development needs, we will start the construction of new metallurgical new materials research and development and system integration technical transformation projects, and purchase three new green and intelligent production lines. We will continue to Unity and hard work, insist on innovation, realize the continuous development of Guomao, improve the service level of Guomao, and promote China to become a steel power.
Strategic positioning stage (2007-2019)
After 2007, a service system with mid-contracting as the core was established, and the whole contracting system was contracted. The markets of Xingcheng, Jingtang and Zhanggang have been opened one after another, and new project departments are produced almost every year.
Product Focus Stage (2003-2006)
In September 2003, the mold powder system was launched. Mold powder is a good product. It takes time for customers to understand this product. In the end, due to the ineffective business operation and rigid sales, the good products missed the good development, and the annual sales did not exceed 10 million yuan.
Dream Stage (2002-2003)
The "steel dream" at this stage is equivalent to 10 years of experience and torment. The equipment reserves and R&D investment are all invested in the previous accumulation. In the end, due to various objective and subjective reasons, the "steel dream" is broken. Although the funds are gone at this stage, the muscles and bones are strengthened, and the gains and losses coexist.
Initial accumulation stage (1997-2001)
At this stage, we will gradually do consumable and continuous business. One is to support and process Qingnai; the other is to transform the steelmaking of Zibo Steel Plant, and we have won the most essential amorphous. In 1999, he began to take the indefinite form as the core, and came to understand the "steel-making trilogy". At this stage, due to the fixed customers, the development of the enterprise is relatively stable.
Start-up stage (1994-1996)
The chairman resigned from the production management position of the state-owned enterprise and started a business. There are no more than 30 employees, fixed assets of 1.07 million yuan, an annual output of 3,000 tons of ordinary refractory materials, and an annual income of no more than 1 million yuan. It is difficult to walk and may be shattered at any time, but never loses faith due to business failure. God rewards hard work, and always believes that as long as you work hard, there will be light.
