Tundish working lining spray coatings and spreads mainly include sintered magnesia, high-purity magnesia and fused magnesia, combined with agent and fiber components.

It has the advantages of good adhesion, high adhesion rate and corrosion resistance. There are two main construction methods: spraying machine spraying and manual painting. During construction, each spraying and smearing is generally controlled at 5 to 30 mm, and it should not be too thick, otherwise it will easily fall off. After the construction reaches the required thickness, it can be smoothed and dried, and dried according to the required drying curve to form a complete and uniform overall working lining.
