Management Trainee Program

Since 2020, Guomao has officially launched its "Management Trainee Program," which selects outstanding fresh graduates from domestic colleges and universities to join the company as members of the program. The company designs a targeted career development path for management trainees, starting from entry-level positions. After 4–5 years of systematic training and development, they are expected to gradually grow into business/technical backbone talents with rich professional knowledge, a solid understanding of the company's business model, and comprehensive management skills, as well as middle and senior management personnel.
Currently, the Management Trainee Program remains an important component of Guomao's talent reserve strategy.
